Our Shower Steamers feature a blend of High Quality Menthol Crystals and Essential Oils. Due to their Unique Snap Apart Design - each individual steamer can be used for up to four showers! Our Shower Steamers are sold in bags of 4, that's up to 16 uses per bag!!!

Eucalyptus:
Colds and Congestion
When used in aromatherapy, because it contains high amounts of eucalyptol or 1,8-cineole, eucalyptus oil is very effective in treating colds, flu, and congestion.
There is a good chance that you have already used eucalyptus oil since it is used as an ingredient in Vicks VapoRub.
Peppermint:

Peppermint essential oil used as an aromatherapy oil is known for its uplifting and invigorating properties.
Lavender:

Lavender essential oil is great anytime you need to relax or wind down. It has positive effects on the nervous system, and calms both your body and mind. Studies have shown that lavender may be useful for helping with mild sleep disorders, to treat insomnia. A study suggests that aromatherapy using orange essential oil may aid in improving cognitive function.

Lemongrass is one of several essential oils for anxiety. The calming and mild smell of lemongrass oil is known to relieve anxiety and irritability.
Headaches
Lemongrass oil is also often recommended for relief from headaches. The calming and soothing effects of lemongrass oil has the power to relieve the pain, pressure, or tension that can cause headaches.
HOW TO USE OUR SHOWER STEAMERS
Snap the Shower Steamer into smaller pieces, or use it whole. *** NOTE always wash your hands thoroughly after handling the Shower Steamer. Place the Shower Steamer on the floor of your bath tub or shower, it should be furthest away from the direct stream of water, so that it is getting just enough water to activate / start fizzing. As the Shower Steamer activates it will release the aroma of the essential oil and menthol crystals.
CAUTION: Essential oils are not safe for children or pets! Please keep Shower Steamers out of reach of children and pets, please thoroughly rinse your shower after use.
CAUTION: Our colored Shower Steamers use a small amount of water soluble dye, please do not place these on your bath or shower shelves as they may cause discoloration over time.
